| Event Sanctioning Agreement: Please call the office for sanctioning agreements and information. The agreement, insurance, and sanctioning fees are required before we can post your event to our website. |
Results Forms: Please use the attached forms to submit event results. Be sure to list ALL contestants regardless of placing. The WSRRA must have a contestant's membership on file before points for an event can be posted to our website. Download Team PDF Download Single Event PDF |
Release of Liability: This is for the hosting organization to sign and return with the sanctioning agreement. Contestants will not need to sign our form until they compete at our Finals. Download |
WSRRA Membership Disclosure Form: This is an explanation to contestants that they do not need to be members to compete in your rodeo but they MUST be a member prior to your event to be eligible for qualification to the WSRRA Finals. Download |
WSRRA Membership Form: This is pretty self explanatory. We recommend you keep additional copies of this form with your staff at the rodeo to sign up anyone who doesn’t present a valid WSRRA membership card. As we state on our website, if they have previously paid their fees but don’t yet have their card, they will need to pay again and their original fees will be reimbursed. The bottom of the membership form will be their receipt. There are two membership options: basic membership and membership with a subscription to Cowboy Digest, the biweekly publication and official newsletter of the WSRRA. Download |
