This can be accomplished by signing up for the WSRRA at the event itself before it starts or by submitting an application on-line at http://www.wsrra.org or by completing a membership form and returning the form to the WSRRA offices and must be received 24 hours before the WSRRA sanctioned event. If a contestant has sent his application form in and has not been received please get registered at the event and once your application has been received at the office you will be refunded your membership fee’s.

Each sanctioned rodeo will carry at least four team events, including events such as big loop roping, wild cow milking and mugging and other ranch related events. See our events page for a complete listing.

Team size may vary between Sanctioned Rodeos, using either three or four contestants per team. However, the WSRRA Finals will be a four man team format. All members of the team must be WSRRA members prior to entering any sanctioned event. For three man teams, a fourth member can be added as long as he is a WSRRA member in good standings prior to the finals. Added members can only be on one team at the finals.

There will be a total of 30 stock saddle bronc riders, women's steer stoppers, working ranch horse qualifiers taken to the finals. Since these are not required team events, contestants will be entering as a single (individual?) competitors. All competitors for individual events will earn their way to the finals by competing at sanctioned rodeos and will obtain points dependent on their placing.
